Shipping And Handling
Currently delivery is Free of Charge within the UK . Delivery will be by Royal Mail or by courier at our option. Delivery outside the UK mainland will be at cost of Postage/Carriage and Packaging. The customer is responsible for any import duty
The date for delivery of Goods is an estimated date given in good faith and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery for whatever reason.
Time for delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable to compensate the Buyer for late delivery arising from any cause whatsoever nor for any consequential loss arising there from.
We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory.
We will normally send your order to you in 2 to 3 business days via Royal Mail or Carrier of our choice. Orders postage is Free for UK only. European Union and International orders are accepted only after the Postage & Packaging costs are accepted and paid.
The Company will deliver Goods to the address provided by the Customer on the order as soon as possible after the order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of the day after the order was placed unless a later date is agreed with the Customer.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
